The delegation comprises of Mr Steven Kay QC, a leading practitioner in international criminal law who has appeared before the International Criminal Tribunals for Yugoslavia (ICTY) and Rwanda (ICTR) and Mr Toby Cadman, Barrister-at-Law, an international criminal law specialist experienced in the areas of war crimes who served as Head of the Prosecution Section for War Crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
