Library Membership: Library membership is open for all members of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association’s learned member.

Library Hours: The Library remains open from Saturday 09-00 am to 02-00 pm and Sunday to Thursday 09-00 am to 05-00 pm.

Collection: The Bar Library has a collection amounting to more than 47,000 volumes consisting of primary sources of law such as statutes and case law and secondary sources such as indices, digests, encyclopedia, precedents, dictionaries, loose-leaf publications and various law textbooks.

The Library stocks only local statutes but has law reports from English, American, Canadian, Australian and Commonwealth jurisdictions. Some specialist reports such as Dhaka Law Report, All India Law Reporter, Pakistani law Decisions etc. are also available.

Library Services:

Reading Room Facility: Bar Library is fully air conditioned maintains reading room for study of library information resources. Bar Library has facilitated a reading area for reading and group discussion at the lobby of front side of the library.

Borrowing Facilities: Borrowing facilities are available to the member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Internet Facilities: To provide faster and up-to-date information, Bar Library provides Internet searching services to its use high speed wireless modem.
