5. What happen if I fail to pay the subscription before 30th June of the Current Year?
Answer:
If you wish to pay after 30th June but within 31st July you have to pay regular subscription and additional Tk.300 as late fee.
If you wish to pay after 31st July but within 31st September you have to pay regular subscription and additional Tk. 700 as Re-Admission fee.
If you wish to pay after 31st September but within 31st December you have to pay regular subscription and additional Tk. 5000 as fresh admission fee.
If you wish to pay after 31st December but within next 30th June you have to pay regular subscription and additional Tk. 7500 as fresh admission fee.
If you fail to pay within next 30th June, your membership will be cancelled automatically as per constitution of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association.

6. How many kinds of member are here?
Answer:
Here are two kinds of member a) Regular b) Associate member. The member who take oath for President, Minister, Speaker, Deputy Speaker, Adviser or taken by Govt. for any ………………..post. Only may be associate member.

7. What are the advantages of taking the membership of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association?
Answer:
If you get the membership you may take Library facility
You may take Cubicle (Room) facility
You may take sitting facility in the Hall Room
You may take free car parking facility in the Bar Premises
If you are under 35 years or equal 35 years at the time of getting the membership, you may entitle in to the Benevolent Fund.

8. What are the responsibilities of a member?
Answer:
After getting the membership of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association every member have to obey strictly the code of conduct of the constitution of the BSCBA

Always pay the annual subscription in time.
Always pay the special subscription which may be fixing up in the special general meting and all disciplinary manners to be maintaining the member to show respect among them.
